I went with friends, among whom there was also a same-sex couple who were treated very poorly by the male staff, especially in the pool area (where, furthermore, guests are quite left to themselves without any kind of assistance). For a 4-star hotel of an exclusive chain, it is really not acceptable that guests do not feel comfortable; I would strongly advise the management to figure out if a person is mature enough to work with everyone before hiring them, especially considering how much one pays at your establishment. Very disappointing that in Italy there are still those who remain stuck in these retrograde ideas. And in any case, in hospitality, it is truly absurd.

We had a very good time, excellent location, friendliness of the staff, excellent breakfast service that was very varied and of good quality. We will definitely return.

A great 4 star hotel. Friendly staff. Great rooms. Superb breakfast. Nice pool. Location was not something I considered enough before booking this hotel via booking.com, but once we got there and started setting out each day we soon realised the location couldn’t be more perfect. A minutes walk from the bus station, a 5 min walk to the cable car connecting you to the beaches and Isola Bella, and just a 10 min walk to Central Taormina/Teatro Antica etc. The week we were there was also the week Dolce & Gabbana had their Alta Moda shows , and models walking around added even more glamour to the place. We had a lovely 4 days in magical Taormina.
