Hostel Taormina

Very disappointing experience. I stayed from September 10th to 13th, and on the morning of checkout, around 9 a.m., the shower door suddenly fell and shattered while I was using it normally. I suffered cuts and injuries to my leg, foot and hand. The door had been getting stuck since I arrived, so this was clearly a maintenance issue, not misuse. What disappointed me most was how the hostel handled it. Instead of taking responsibility for the maintenance problem, they blamed me for using excessive force, which is completely untrue. I was even accused of trying to get a free stay when I asked about compensation. I was injured, not trying to take advantage of them. The only compensation offered was a drink from the fridge. Very disrespectful and poor handling of a serious incident.

The view from the rooftop is amazing and Sahil was the very nice to us and was Open for Help all the time and also gave recommendations for Resteraunts and other tips

Loved it! It is very nice and is very well located, all those who work there are very friendly and friendly.
