Mazzaro Sea Palace

Wonderful location, service and amenities. The room and balcony were well appointed, very clean and greatly maintained. Well worth the price tag.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Palace a few nights earlier this year. We are night owls and Christian and his staff were fantastic hosts. We had many lovely nights at the bar and patio.

As on every previous visits, our stay was once again wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel has been renovated and modernized, making it even more attractive. The new beach loungers and the larger sun umbrellas are exceptionally comfortable. One aspect that deserves special recognition is the beach lifeguard team led by Franco. Franco and his colleagues are incredibly attentive and always present, whether at the pool or on the beach. You genuinely feel safe because they constantly keep an eye on the water and make sure that large motorboats do not come too close to the shore. The breakfast team also deserves high praise for their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication. We have known Nino for many years and hope to see him there again for many years to come. The breakfast itself is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality choices. Another highlight is the new rooftop bar overlooking the bay. What a fantastic addition! The service is simply outstanding. If it hadn't been for the excellent pianist performing at the beach bar—delighting us with a wonderful mix of international classics and authentic Italian flair—we would probably have spent every evening on the rooftop. Speaking of the bars, the staff there also deserve special recognition. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. While praising the hotel, we would also like to thank the front desk team, who were always courteous, helpful, and eager to assist us. We were especially happy to see Katerina back. She knows the returning guests and their preferences and has a wonderfully elegant and professional way of making everyone feel at home. Last but certainly not least, our thanks go to the housekeeping team, who kept our room immaculate throughout our stay. In short, we were once again extremely satisfied and had a fantastic holiday. Our only hope is that, despite the steadily increasing prices, we as Europeans will still be able to afford returning to this wonderful hotel in the years to come.
