we spent 5 noghts in this, it's not a hotel but appartments. The apartment we were allocated was very clean and spacious. it was in a seperate area from the main buiding with many steps we was on the 3rd floor and no lift .kitchen and the bedroom had air conditioning . very friendly staff we also had free airport shuttle

We stayed here for 5 nights and its not a high class hotel but it was pretty decent. we had an apartment at ground floor and we had a huge bedroom with ac. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of food. Only disappointment we had is that the apartment had only 1 glass cup which we needed at least 2 as we were a couple.

Despite booking a room many months before our stay, we were given an apartment located in a separate area from the main building where all the other rooms are. We had to wait about 30 mins before getting the room because the receptionist was not able to open the door. The apartment was smelly, creepy, spooky and full of webs. My kids were scared and we spent the night all in one bed. Breakfast was poor, nothing real Italian, not even a real espresso. When I complained about the room, the manager just listened to me and did nothing, not even apologizing. Avoid this place for your next trip to beautiful Sicily, you may end up in this creepy apartment!
