Hotel Mursia

Compliments instead to the entertainment staff for the excursions and the wellness area, very competent and professional. Hats off!!! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for: The property, which needs renovation regarding window frames, air conditioning system, exterior painting, and greater attention to the cleanliness of the dining room. The dinner cuisine was disappointing, often with small portions on the serving dishes and cold or barely lukewarm food. Undrinkable cappuccino and coffee at the breakfast buffet and some dishes were not fresh. Definitely needs improvement. Good location for touring the island and accessing the sea. Beautiful sunsets.

A very pleasant experience being pampered at the Mursia Wellness Hotel (the two saltwater pools!), the well-stocked breakfast buffet (truly very rich) and dinner, and the superlative guidance of Matteo during the trekking across the entire island!

Vittoria T. Fourth experience at the Mursia hotel resort, for the first time with a friend. This year I was able to enjoy the hotel's sea access more than ever, and as always, the two splendid saltwater pools. The property is always well-maintained, even if perhaps, in addition to maintenance, some parts would require a real renovation. The guys at the reception are capable and attentive, and thanks always to Ms. Francesca, who is available for any eventuality. I found the level of the catering to be a bit lower, but I want to give special praise to the girl at the cooking show (I apologize, but I don't remember her name) for the tasty, delicious first courses, cooked just right. The maitre d', on the other hand, was not very present, aloof, and not very friendly. At the bar, there are many willing guys (with questionable guidance from the head bartender), among whom I remember one, Carlo, who is capable and nice. Finally, what can I say about Angelo, Sebastiano, and Francesca? To avoid being repetitive, just one phrase: 'you don't change a winning team.'
