Residence Rosa dei Venti

I stayed one night with friends in two apartments in Trapani: the location was fine, but there was no flexibility towards the customer. I had asked if it was possible to check in just half an hour earlier than the start of the work shift, and it was denied, even though the apartments were already available. There was mold inside the accommodations due to humidity, and even basic bathroom products (like shower gel) were missing. This detail was not communicated to us in advance by the owner, who was instead very quick to send the payment link. We were also denied the possibility of postponing the check-out. I strongly recommend greater attention towards the guest: rejecting every minor request is certainly not the right way to bring customers back. Best regards!

Perfect stay! The B & B is spotless, attention to detail and in a really convenient location, a few steps from the center of Trapani and the port. Everything was impeccable: warm welcome, comfortable room and very spacious. Highly recommended!

Recommendation to avoid street level apartments, there is constant noise from evening to morning. The restaurants next door on the one hand and the noises related to street cleaning and garbage collection will not allow you to rest. I also inform you that there is no possibility of arriving by car and therefore there is a passage with shuttle not specified anywhere
