Jera' Resort e Circolo Velico

Definitely dilapidated place, it really seems to be in the favelas. In this place cleaning is an optional, I have never happened anywhere else to find such poor hygiene. The bathroom is something really indecent: shower tray attached to the toilet and at floor level therefore, with every shower the bathroom floods. You will find dust and spiders everywhere, even between the sheets. Needless to say, there is no one who spends the morning cleaning up the rooms. Really bad experience.

Without a doubt a nice welcome and helpfulness from the managers. The problem, however, is the structure, which is in decline to say the least. Here, exactly! Having looked at the apartment we were very disappointed as, first of all, we found the kitchen on the veranda with a rusty and not very clean fridge, a cabinet above the sink that was literally mouldy. We enter to view the room and realize that it is not equipped with air conditioning but with ceiling fans, which are very dusty. Finally, the bathroom, nowadays, is difficult to see like this, as it is old and poorly equipped, so much so that there was no place to put our products. THE PRICE PAID WAS TOO MUCH FOR THE POOR QUALITY OF THE LOCATION AND THE SERVICE OFFERED. PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION MISLEADING, NO TV IN THE ROOM, NO AIR CONDITIONING AND BREAKFAST WAS NOT EVEN INCLUDED, only vending machines at the reception. Furthermore, no cleaning service in 3 days, "certainly because in the apartment formula" but not even the detergents were provided, should we have bought them ourselves? I hope not all the rooms are like this, otherwise they would really have to close. Terrible I would say!

As written in the title Valentina and her staff were very hospitable, it's a shame that the structure is not up to their hospitality. It's a shame because for the location and the tranquility they could really aim higher. Greetings and I hope to return perhaps with some more dedication to the structure.
