Park Hotel Il Vigneto

We stayed at this property located a few minutes from Arco, Riva del Garda, Tenno, Varone Waterfalls, etc. The location is really good. The breakfast was excellent, full of both sweet and savory dishes and various drinks. The idea of the Garda Trentino Card, which gives discounts for the various experiences available in the area, is fantastic. The staff is kind and welcoming. The only flaws, however, are: - old, thin, damaged, and uncomfortable pillows; - absence of a courtesy kit for guests (such as a shower cap, makeup remover pads, cotton swabs); - in 3 days they never changed our sheets, which had stains on them; - outdoor and unheated pool.

I went with my family and felt comfortable right away due to the kindness and truly excellent service. Clean hotel with a room overlooking the pool. Abundant breakfast from sweet to savory, everything good even with the pancakes! Hotel managed with professionalism and kindness. Thank you
