The facility is new, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort. Absolute merit for the rooms: impeccably clean spaces with a daily tidy-up that is truly punctual and efficient. The only aspect that unfortunately did not satisfy me was the kitchen. I would have expected a culinary proposal more tied to the local area, with traditional dishes and the use of typical local products. Furthermore, the dishes served definitely needed more care in preparation and presentation. Another downside concerns the service in the dining room: the staff is clearly working under pressure, probably due to overly tight schedules or staff shortages. This causes the dishes to be taken away with excessive haste, almost 'snatching them away', conveying anxiety to the guest. It is a real shame because the staff is capable, and it would have been pleasant to exchange a few words calmly to feel more welcomed. Overall, the facility has great potential, but the management of the restaurant detracts from the experience of the stay.

It is what it says it is. A perfectly nice 3* hotel used mainly by touring bus groups. The room we had was clearly refurbished - very clean, practical and everything necessary for a 2 night stay. The bathroom was modern and fit for purpose. The bed was firm and the pillows thin! It's a 25.min walk into the old town but it's a pleasant walk and alternatively it is close to a bus route. My main gripe about Chrys is that the restaurant, which we used for breakfasts, was chaotic. Bus parties were locusts. The breakfast was not generously stocked and so with the Groups, the food was often sparse! (Selection also very limited). Adequate.

Renovated hotel, well maintained, well heated. Absolutely intolerable quality of food. After a rehearsed dinner and sent back to the sender for the bad manufacture (a judgment shared by many members of the group ) the grumpy waitress is politely asked if it is possible to have some cheese, even against payment of extra. The chef arrives angry about the complaint, who harshly reproaches the rude tone of the request towards the waitress (astonished the 24 of the group who knew well the kindness, gentleness of the applicant and among other things were witnesses of what happened). The interested party follows in the kitchen to get explanations about the very serious fact and on the contrary is apostrophed with terms unrepeatable by the little man out of his mind. Informed of the very serious fact the owner, very very lukewarm and indifferent reaction of the same. All incredible
