In one place, Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, where you feel good wherever you go... what makes the difference? The human being, and “our human being” was the BRILLIANT Mrs. Hallenore! Me and my partner have just been there, we spent only one night, the one between Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 August 2025. Hotel Gasser is an annex of the GrunerBaum "parent company" just ahead, where you always check out, and also check in at certain times. In fact, it is at that desk that we met her! I entered the day before, in passing and in a hurry as we were going to another destination, to ask for the availability of a room, also exposing my “personal logistical criticality” and she immediately showed herself understanding, welcoming, problem-solving. At that point I had no doubts: let's book! THANK YOU HALLENORE! Of the room we can only say well: pretty, equipped with everything you need, and the Gasser has that taste a little 'retro' that made us feel like "in a private house". Also perfect breakfast!

Structure not easy to find, as they placed us in the annex. Small but clean room, comfortable bed, tv very badly located, good wi-fi. Very small bathroom, uncomfortable to use as well as the tub instead of an easier to use shower. Excellent parking in front of the structure. Breakfast really good, complete, varied, plentiful and excellent quality!
