We stayed at the property for two nights, despite having initially planned three. Overall, the experience was positive: the room was clean and welcoming, the breakfast adequately varied and the spa, although small, well-kept and pleasant. However, I would like to highlight one aspect that puzzled me, namely the handling of an unexpected event and, in particular, the lack of transparency in communication from the owner. Unfortunately, already on the first day of stay, a friend of mine suffered a serious accident that forced us to return early. We have therefore asked for the possibility of reducing the stay from three to two nights. The owner was initially kind and helpful (which I greatly appreciated), specifying that normally does not grant variations of this kind but that, given the circumstances, would make an exception. Only at the time of payment, however, we were informed that only half of the cost of the last night, referring to one person, would be deducted. Given that the structure could have legitimately refused the change, or specified any conditions immediately (for example, making the reduction conditional on the possibility of re-letting the room, or clarifying that only a partial reduction would be applied), I believe that this information should have been made explicit from the first moment, and not communicated exclusively at the time of payment. The lack of prior clarity made the handling of the episode opaque, leaving a less positive impression than the rest of the stay. Honestly if I was really already thinking about going back there soon, I guess I won't do it following this one episode.

The place is in a quiet and peaceful area and is very convenient near Canazei, Moena and the related Dolomite passes and to do bike rides as in my case was perfect. The husband and wife owners are very kind, welcoming and helpful and it is a great thing when you are on vacation .. breakfast is super good between sweet and savory nothing is missing. Super recommended!
