Park Hotel & Club Diamant

The five stars are very well deserved. The room was cozy, but the attic room was definitely too low and not suitable for everyone. The food was excellent, portions were just right, and there was a variety of choices. The outdoor pools make the stay even more pleasant; they are small but appropriate for the setting. A special round of applause to all the guys and girls who work at the facility. They are all kind, polite, and not at all intrusive. They make the real difference. The entertainment staff works miracles with the children; I advise the owners to listen to their ideas, as with a few more resources, they could make a leap in quality!!! The only sour note that I feel the need to point out, while specifying that we will definitely return, was seeing the manager reprimand the staff in the presence of customers. Personally, I consider this unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional. Humiliating employees in front of everyone is not only degrading for those working, but it is embarrassing for those witnessing it. Having said that, I commend the competence of all the employees and the care they put into the facility, including cleaning.

Disappointing, not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. We just got back, a group of friends, we had 5 standard rooms all with slanted ceilings (watch your head) with a small window, two modernized rooms, the others with definitely old furniture, in the bathroom only small soaps and shower shampoo, not a shower cap, not a lotion. The food is definitely poor, not quality, starting from breakfast with rubbery croissants, never a label to know what you are eating. We paid 3.5€ for a 0.75 ml bottle of water, practically 4.66€ per liter, a rip-off. Positive notes: excellent location, large indoor and outdoor spaces, and even if for a fee, a beautiful indoor SPA and also an outdoor one with two small pools, two large hot tubs with hot water and a large park with umbrellas and sun loungers. I will definitely not return

I just returned from Campitello and stayed at the Diamant for a week. I stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony: the rooms are soundproofed, therefore super quiet and private, fantastic view, excellent hotel location: a stone's throw from the center, a stone's throw from the Col Rodella cable car. Very kind staff attentive to needs, quality food: the desserts are homemade and delicious, abundant breakfasts, we had dinner included: there are always three options for first and second courses for all needs and then a buffet of appetizers, vegetables, and fruit even at dinner. I would go back immediately just for the spa: both indoor and outdoor: outside, two hot tubs with warm water after the fatigue of walks and bike rides on the bike paths are a panacea. Furthermore, in the outdoor park with the pools and hot tubs, there is also a mini bar for aperitifs, drinks, ice cream, small pizzas... in short, I would have gladly stayed another week! I recommend it and I will definitely go back.
