For eight years we have not given up spending a week in this hotel and every year we find the same welcoming, familiar atmosphere, attentive to the needs of the guests. The cleaning is thorough. The attention to detail in offering every element of comfort in the bright, spacious, and quiet rooms and the truly extraordinary cuisine, with always varied and abundant offerings, have always made our vacation incomparable. The bus stop is next to the hotel, the ski lifts are a 5-minute walk away, fantastic! The property is pet-friendly and equipped with an elevator. The flowered balcony is a sight for sore eyes. I am writing this review after returning for the third consecutive summer to this property, which should already imply the positivity of the experience. I found out about this hotel through word of mouth, as some of my relatives have gone there for many years. The property is located in Alba, a few minutes' walk from the cable cars to Ciampac and Col dei Rossi and across from the infopoint of the hamlet of Canazei itself. The hotel is a historic Trentino establishment and is managed excellently by Margherita and her wonderful family, who know how to make you feel at home on every occasion. Breakfast is a buffet and includes both sweet and savory options; dinner is fabulous and consists of a salad buffet, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. The evening before, you choose between three different first courses and three different second courses. The quality of the cuisine is exceptional; I have often seen people who were not staying at the hotel eating dinner there as well. On the basement floor, there is a game room with a pool table, foosball, ping pong, and a television, as well as a small playhouse for the little ones. The room where we were staying was very spacious and welcoming. On the first floor, there is also a small kitchen with electric burners and a refrigerator that Margherita made available to us to help us store food for our baby. Being in our third year, I probably take some things for granted, but I can guarantee that the hospitality is exceptional and that we cannot wait to return.
