Dolomites Inn

I stayed for 11 days at the end of August with my family. The stay was pleasant, thanks to the courtesy and attention of the restaurant staff, the variety and quality of the food prepared by the chefs, and the cleanliness of the room. During my stay, I had a small accident with my car that I resolved quickly thanks to the prompt assistance of the hotel manager.

I booked a one-week stay at this hotel. The booking was made 2 months in advance and was confirmed. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and I would have to stay at another hotel. I had chosen the Dolomites Inn for various reasons and did not want to go to another hotel, which was also significantly less suitable for my purposes. I find it impossible to be told only after a journey of over 5 hours that the hotel is fully booked. They could have done that before the trip; this way, they took away my option to cancel. All of this borders on fraud.

Clean and very welcoming hotel, immersed in the spectacle of the Dolomites. Excellent cuisine thanks to the great professionalism of Riccardo and Maria. Impeccable dining room service, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the manager. The wellness center is ideal for rejuvenating after long walks. Wonderful vacation, we will definitely return!
