My Kosher Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and were very happy. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of the spectacular Dolomites. The reception staff was friendly, professional and available to any request. They also recommended us for lovely places to walk around the area, and their advice was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful view. When we arrived we found out that the minibar did not work, but it was replaced immediately – quick and efficient service. The food was very good, and the dining room staff was friendly, service and professional. We realized that the floor in the room was sometimes slightly sticky. It may be because guests returned from trips with dirty shoes. In addition, the towels were changed daily, but during the eight-day stay we also expected a full change of sheets, not just of expectations for pillows. Overall, we had an excellent experience, which is why we give the hotel 4 stars.

Amazing. Everything is so special! We were there Tuesday through Tuesday. Stay abroad and feel at home! All in one place! good food, pool, hospital, service and special treatment!! We felt in a dream in a real vacation postcard!!

My dad was and he didn't know how to leave a review... they really liked!! The atmosphere of the service and the cleanliness and the food and above all the personal and warm attitude of the couple created by the hotel owners!
