Amazing view good location to local transportation

Shortly after taking possession of the room, we reported to reception that the toilet had not been cleaned. The receptionist contacted the manager to report it in turn and, after that, she dismissed us saying that the manager was present while ALL the rooms were cleaned and then assured us that the bathroom, including the toilet, had been cleaned implying, thus, that the contents were ours and, consequently, we were complaining for the sake of it (or at least this is the feeling we had). It can happen that something escapes during cleaning, we are human, but what really annoyed us was the handling of the report giving an inappropriate response and not intervening in solving the problem. A simple gesture, like sending someone to clean the bathroom again, would have been more than enough and entirely reasonable. Instead we felt ignored and made fun of.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024 and overall enjoyed it. The structure is of a good standard, the kitchen that is perhaps the strongest part of this hotel very good, the mini club for children good, but in my opinion more suitable for smaller children fine at 7 maximum. The rooms are very nice mine was very particular with a very nice pyramid roof. Nice evening entertainment. They stay a little off as a village and a little on the road. But if you want to spend a nice family holiday without very high pretensions it is more than fine. Yes, I would stay there again.
