What can I say.. it was our first family vacation in the mountains, expectations were already positive from the start, but the stay at the Park Hotel exceeded them by a long shot.
Some feedback in detail:
- hotel/property: excellent both for how it is kept, every corner of the hotel is truly very well-maintained, clean, and well-organized;
- welcome: impeccable throughout the stay, staff always available, kind, and smiling;
- rooms: we had the comfort room suitable for a family with a dog.. not too big but just right considering that we spent most of the day outside;
- food: there are no words.. everything truly exceptional, from breakfast with a buffet that you really couldn't ask for more from, to the dinner menus, impeccable every evening, different and truly special dishes. Excellent chef
Especially to be appreciated is that there were always different dishes for the children as well
A special thanks to Alina for her warmth and kindness
- services: super positive, from the pool area to the children's play area to the excursions organized with Andrea (head of entertainment), whom our son immediately became fond of.
They are truly a great initiative because they allow families to have more or less every day an idea of the excursions to take.
Absolutely non-intrusive entertainment, in fact present but just right to make the family vacation more peaceful.
The activities for the children were really nice, even the baby dance in the evening.
- pet-friendly: they are truly as they say, meaning they welcome our 4-legged friends like a guest of the property, making us feel that they are welcome.
Heidi, their dog, is a wonder
- immense outdoor space, truly a well-kept garden, large and perfect if you are staying with a dog.. obviously with the
Care that every owner should take;
- location: 10 .. in the center, excellent for moving in any direction. Towards the ski lifts.
What can I say, we will definitely be back next year.
If I have to mention just one point of concern, but really just to nitpick, it's the children's playground outside, which could perhaps be reviewed and fixed up a little because some are a bit worn out, and when we were there, the grass was a bit high. But all in all, nothing that cannot be easily fixed.
