Hotel Des Alpes

The Hotel turned out to be good, the rooms welcoming and clean, the staff also kind and attentive, an enchanting place, unfortunately I found a flaw regarding the Manager who, despite the various positive reviews about her, unfortunately with me she proved to be unprofessional just for having pointed out the lack of connection, which apparently is quite frequent in this Hotel, the next day she allowed herself to make inappropriate remarks even with teasing remarks. I am sorry, but a manager of a facility should not allow herself to make certain comments of this kind, but should have apologized for the inconvenience, probably due to a technical problem or even the bad weather.

We stayed for 4 nights with two daughters aged 13 and 8, and we had a great time! Starting with the manager, who is an exquisite, welcoming, very kind, and pleasant person! The entire staff is super kind, and the chef—what can I say, he's great!!.. the food is excellent, and the rooms, even if a bit dated in terms of furniture, are clean and spacious! We had a connecting room and we had a terrace with a beautiful view!. We will definitely return! Thanks to the entire staff for making us feel at home with all the comforts of a vacation! And a beautiful Ferragosto party!! See you soon!

Owner and staff very kind and welcoming, room very dated but clean. Breakfast and dinner truly mediocre... The price is for 3 stars, everything else is not..
