Hotel Rosalpina

We stayed for a week at the Hotel Rosalpina in Folgaria (August 2026) and I can say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were cozy and always clean; every morning we woke up in a fresh and well-kept environment, which made the stay even more pleasant. The staff was one of the strong points of our stay. Always friendly and helpful, they proved ready to satisfy every need, making the service exceptional. It was a real pleasure to interact with them. The cuisine deserves special attention! The dishes were not only delicious but also prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Special appreciation goes to Chef Adriano, whose talent was reflected in every course. An experience to absolutely repeat!!

Wonderful week spent in this well-kept and clean facility, in the company of the Maitre D' Mauro, an exquisite, polite person endowed with infinite patience, and Chef Adriano, an unsurpassable artist of taste! Heartfelt thanks ♥️

It is a pity that you cannot give more than five stars, otherwise I would have gladly given them. I was a guest at this hotel with an organized group, the treatment received I would say was more than excellent, very kind staff, excellent cuisine with attention to the smallest details, impeccable cleaning, I can do nothing but offer my best compliments to the entire staff, very well done, surely if I have to come to the Folgaria area I will come to stay with you!!!
