La Baita

Elegant hotel, splendid property starting from the common areas, to the room (junior suite), to the lovely Spa and the pools. Gourmet cuisine, a la carte menu always different with excellent dishes presented with care. Impeccable restaurant service. Thanks in particular to Aloui, always attentive and thoughtful.. a vacation we will carry in our hearts. The location is fantastic for walks.

In summary: - beautiful and modern facility in the common areas and rooms - spa area with somewhat small and retro-style stations, which can accommodate a limited turnout - beautiful and well-served area and territory - food of definitely good quality and variety - baby club and mini club unfortunately not satisfactory (at least for my personal experience) because the dedicated staff is inexperienced and not very engaging toward the children, who are left to play independently in a large room with some potentially dangerous situations for the little ones (or outdoors near inflatable games, trampolines...). In essence, the staff does not seem very active in "attracting and retaining" the children, partially compromising the function of a baby club, which should be a tool to allow parents to carve out hours of autonomy and relaxation. I suggest, without controversy, that the baby club's facilities, staff, and activities could be strategically rethought to enhance one of the factors that most contributes to choosing Family Hotel La Baita.

Beautiful week, difficult to find faults. New hotel and taken care of in the smallest details, very clean, located in a convenient position. High-level breakfast and dinner with professional, attentive, and kind service. Many services are offered and all are excellent: guided excursions, activities and entertainment for children, heated pools, spa, covered parking for cars, 24-hour kitchenette. Definitely recommended and worth returning to.
