Excellent location! Very kind staff. Excellent cuisine. Even though there are many people, they are very organized.

Decadence. The property is truly large, with enormous potential but completely neglected. By now, what seems to have been a prestigious hotel in the 80s is completely abandoned to itself. From every point of view. The rooms are large, but poorly cared for, with no maintenance at all, like the rest of the property, which is now truly decadent. There is no attention or control regarding anything: cleaning is sufficient (cobwebs and dust here and there), bathrooms need maintenance due to age, common areas are degraded because the furnishings, which are worn out, have not been renewed, both inside and outside. Buffet cuisine that, logically overwhelmed by demand (there are really so many families), cannot be of great quality. Nothing to say about the employees who try their best, but the problem is clearly one of management. Of mismanagement or non-management. There is no real activity for children, no service, and the result is that in the evening the common indoor lounge area becomes a playground, without any rules regarding noise or respect for the environment, which remains a mountain setting (even if it really doesn't seem like it here). We are truly sorry to say it, we had believed in it, wanting to value the price-quality ratio (but where is the quality?!) and the central location in Val di Fassa, but unfortunately if something doesn't change at the management level, it is a property destined for decline. We will not return and, as of now, we do not recommend it. But we hope and wish it can be reborn…

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days in August. Friends and family, it was certainly an excellent hotel in the past, a very large property, but everything needs to be reviewed. As soon as you enter, you smell a persistent and strong odor of sewage (and I'm not joking) that increases exponentially in the bar area, where you cannot stay. The food, let's say it's edible, but of poor quality; in fact, we ate out a few times, as 5 dinners would not have been sustainable. The rooms are very large, with clean sheets and towels, unlike the room, which was dusty and quite dirty, just like the rest of the property, which was truly dirty. The only positive note is that inside the hotel, the children could roam freely without many restrictions. Lack of entertainment. We spent relatively little, but in hindsight, it would have been better to spend a bit more at the start, since we ended up spending it on dinners anyway. I do not recommend this hotel, mainly due to the lack of cleanliness and a terrible smell.
