This xperience is fully worth a 5 * one…from beginning to the end. Everything is spot clean, staff is friendly. Brakfast super. We spent 2 days with the aim to switch off….we made it!

Lovely hotel nestled in the leafy streets close to the centre of Merano. Welcoming and attentive staff throughout our stay and also to say how friendly all the communications were before we arrived. The half-board option worked extremely well and the food was wonderful. The hotel facilities were great and after a hot morning's shopping in town, it was lovely to lie by the pool in the shade of the trees. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return. We had a fabulous room, fresh, bright, modern and spacious, with of all things a vinocave which was a first for us. Clever strategy as we would not normally use a minibar but this was just too good not take (pay) for a bottle of wine from! The hotel's wine cellars are very well stocked and we were able to order several boxes of wine to take home with us which was also great. Our son's room was also very spacious and he benefited from an upgrade. The decor in his room was a little dated and I imagine the hotel is re-fitting rooms on an on-going basis. All in all a lovely couple of days, so thank you all very much.

Sometimes there are hotels where you just stay overnight – and then there are places where you feel at home from the very first moment. That is exactly how we felt in this beautiful, family-run 5-star hotel in South Tyrol. We felt this special, warm atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The entire team is incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. Everything feels so natural and warm that you quickly get the feeling of not just being a guest, but of being truly welcome. This family-like atmosphere made our stay very special. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. There was enough space to really feel comfortable, and you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. For us, the hotel is a little oasis in the middle of Merano – a place to arrive, take a deep breath, and enjoy. We were also spoiled anew every day with culinary delights. We had booked half-board and were thrilled with the dinners. The cuisine was varied, creative, and simply outstanding in terms of taste. Every evening there was something new to discover. Plus a wonderful selection of wines – here, too, no wishes are left unfulfilled. And then the breakfast... simply fantastic! A buffet where you don't even know where to start because the selection is so large and lovingly put together. Everything your heart desires can truly be found here. But what we will remember most are the people and this special atmosphere. You can tell that this hotel is run with a lot of heart and that hospitality here is not just a word, but is actually lived out. We enjoyed our stay from the bottom of our hearts and left with a heavy heart. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to being able to spend a few more wonderful days in this little oasis.
