Fabulous views, staff excellent, helpful, polite and friendly. We had a take away meal one evening and it was restaurant quality, drinks in the bar and ice creams were readily available . The roof top pool was fabulous to cool off. The bathroom facilities at the top of the site were just adequate , need updating , although loved the building . The lower bathroom and washing facilities were excellent , spotlessly clean . Cannot recommend highly enough . The design of the hotel and aesthetics alone are worthy of a 5 star rating .

It confirms itself as a fantastic place. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, starting from the reception staff to the staff in the wellness area. Clean and super comfortable wellness area. At the bar, fantastic cocktails with a super bartender. The owner is attentive to details. The restaurant is the icing on the cake, with super dishes and attention even to the little ones. It remains a place of the heart, finally shared with the whole family.

We stayed at the hotel with a couple of friends. The hotel is magnificent, super clean, rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the wellness area and the pool have a magnificent view. The restaurant and the bar serve exceptional and always different dishes. The staff is super kind and helpful. The girls at the reception were impeccable, available for every request made. Furthermore, the location of the property is perfect for going to the center of Merano and for being able to take various trekking paths. Highly recommended!
