Hotel Aster

I really enjoyed the stay. Rich breakfast, great outdoor pool, clean rooms, and super nice staff. Nothing was missing!

The Hotel Aster looks good overall and is located in a quiet residential area. It has some parking spaces along the street and a small internal parking lot, both uncovered. The management is friendly and helps create a family-like atmosphere. The welcome at the reception was less positive: after I was given information about the stay, I was immediately asked when I intended to pay, suggesting that I do so the day before departure. The request seemed a bit tacky to me, especially since the hotel already had my credit card details to guarantee the reservation. The room was very spacious and equipped with the essentials, including a refrigerator, television, and fan; however, there was no air conditioning. The soundproofing could be improved, as noises from the street could be heard. The cleanliness of the room could also have been more thorough, with more attention paid to it. During the night, the reception is unattended, and I was not clearly given a number to contact in case of need. It would be useful to communicate it upon arrival or leave it clearly visible in the room. The breakfast is good and quite varied, with quality products. The porcelain is very elegant and the cloth napkin is appreciable. There are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the hotel does not offer dinner service. The Südtirol Guest Pass included in the stay is very convenient, which allows you to use public transport for free and facilitates travel without a car. Overall, Hotel Aster represents a good compromise in terms of location, services, and price. With more attention to cleanliness, the experience could improve significantly. If I had the opportunity again, I could still return.

We spent 6 wonderful days. We thank the entire staff from the bottom of our hearts for the welcome, the kindness and for having us spend a vacation with so much attention.
