Highly recommended hotel for cleanliness, food, and professionalism; we had a great time and will return very gladly.

I stayed in this hotel for about 1, week with my daughter. to be of help to other travelers I will list the pros and cons of this structure. Staff both waiting room, both the ladies who take care of the rooms, and the reception staff. absolutely impeccable, if pre ready to meet the needs and requests of customers to make sure that you can feel comfortable. pool surrounded by a wonderful garden. Eating I would say good with hearty breakfast. Very clean. great location, with public transport about 100 meters, so great to reach the center of Merano without using the car. And these are all pros, the only "cons," though not indispensable, the structure is a little bit all 80s for everything else great.

We felt extremely comfortable at JULIANE and greatly enjoyed the beautiful garden area including the outdoor pool or the indoor pool. All staff members were always very helpful, quick, and friendly, and the food (perhaps a bit more variety at breakfast would be great) was very good. Even with demanding assistance that has nothing to do with the actual hotel operations, help was provided promptly and energetically (great!). Overall, it was an outstanding vacation time, and we would gladly return.
