The most terrible experience I've ever had in a hotel is the attempt to steal a room in the middle of the night by a person hooded and in possession of the key to our room .. just because I realized it left the room .. It is an experience to report .. obviously it was one of the staff to attempt the robbery, being in possession of the key. A shame..I don't know when I can forget this terrible experience. It happened tonight at 4:20 in the morning
