Very positive experience. Excellent breakfast with local organic products. The owner is very kind and helpful, as is the service staff. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Trauttmansdorff gardens, which we recommend visiting. Clean and quiet rooms in a green oasis. Highly recommended!

We are very satisfied all around. The owner was extremely friendly, almost like family, and the hotel is in an excellent location in a quiet villa district of Merano. Everything was very well maintained and clean in the hotel, a nice pool, and a sauna available as needed. Good connections with a bus stop nearby. Thank you for everything, dear owner. Hotel Zima is exactly as it is described. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and available for any advice. Personally I loved the breakfast, plentiful and varied with local products, fantastic! Another highlight is the location, about 15 minutes walk from the center and the Trauttmansdorff castle. On the other hand, if you don’t feel like walking, the bus stop is just off the driveway. Definitely, it is a place to come back!
