A truly beautiful experience. Professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness are the hallmarks of the staff that make this hotel a true excellence. We can only say that we will definitely return and we thank EVERYONE who worked with sacrifice to make our vacation wonderful

The rooms are in need of maintenance. The cuisine should be improved. The breakfast was good and varied. The Spa is very clean, as are the rooms. Reduced staff but very efficient. The mountain guide service (the legendary Matteo) is priceless.. He turns your vacation around.

Excellent first experience in the Dolomites. Welcoming, pet-friendly property with a small spa to relax in after walks. Outside the center, reachable with a short walk (10 minutes). Thank you Nicola and Maura. Gwen also had a great time.
