Beautiful and super clean hotel! Fairly large and spacious rooms, very kind staff starting with the owner, a truly humble and very friendly person The only off note is the children's pool is a bit small, otherwise I really recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at this resort with our almost 3-year-old daughter, with an all-inclusive package. As for the hotel, everything was very clean, with a spa, gym, pool with hydromassage, children's pool with a slide, and an outdoor pool with a view of Moena. In the room, we were provided with a bag containing 3 bathrobes to use to go to these places and slippers to request at the reception. The room, equipped with a panoramic balcony and a drying rack, convenient for drying swimsuits and bathrobes. The room does not have particularly high-quality finishes, however, the bed was quite comfortable, with the possibility of adding pillows. We did not appreciate the single sheets on the double bed and the hair dryer of the type attached to the wall, which were not very powerful, resulting in a waste of a lot of time to dry our hair. As for the meals, our all-inclusive package included breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. Abundant buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory products, some prepared on the spot with an open kitchen, for example, crepes, scrambled eggs, omelets, etc. Lunch was served buffet-style with 2/3 first courses made on the spot and a buffet of various types of salads. The afternoon snack, also buffet-style, consisted of sweet and savory products. Dinner was served at the table based on the choices made on a sheet that we had to fill out in the morning. In addition, there was also a buffet with salads and other different foods every evening. We found all the food to be truly good and of high quality. As for the children, there was the possibility of choosing a specific menu or pasta with tomato sauce or meat sauce, vegetable soup, baby food, rice cream, etc., were always available. Finally, the highlight of the vacation was undoubtedly the entertainment: Max, the head entertainer, took us to a different place every morning, letting us discover the beauty of the area. Every evening he also organized the baby dance and various games. Truly kind, friendly, and helpful. Our daughter went several times to the baby club suitable for her age 0-48 months, even during meals, and she immediately fell in love with the entertainers (Katia, Marissa, Ilaria, Giulia).
