Hotel Cristallo

Perfect stay, hotel in an excellent location with ample parking, spa, and games for children. Small rooms, really, with 3 people we didn't know where to put the suitcases. The air conditioner is missing, but there was no need for it even in August. Restaurant I would say stellar, top-notch cuisine. Federico in table service was impeccable, friendly, always kind, and super professional. Bar service at low prices and with tables overlooking the valley. Strategic point for visiting various places in the area if you have a car. Nice gift from the reception upon our departure! Recommended!!

After yet another stay at H.Cristallo in Passo S. Pellegrino, we decided to write this review to express the reasons for such a bond. The well-being we experience here every year does not depend only on the beauty and healthiness of the places, but is closely tied to the special hospitality offered by the staff, the quality of every service, and the comfort of the structure, which combines the refined modernity of the common areas with the elegant tradition of the spacious rooms. A special compliment to the staff working in the kitchen, capable of impressing with the quality and originality of the proposed dishes, worthy of a starred restaurant. Truly excellent.
