A perfect stay: hospitality, taste, and the unique atmosphere of the Val di Fassa! ​We spent the last week of August 2026 at Hotel L'Ideale in Moena and our experience was simply fantastic. ​The hotel is an intimate property, a true gem of impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. From the very first moment, you can perceive the great dedication of the Zanoner family, who manage the property with truly remarkable customer care, making every guest feel welcome and pampered. ​The cuisine deserves a special mention: the son, the property's chef, was truly superlative. Every evening we were delighted by rich dinners, always varied and incredibly tasty, capable of enhancing flavors with creativity and mastery. ​We stayed in the Cambra Amalia suite: a truly spacious room, dedicated to Mr. Zanoner's mother, equipped with a large and extremely comfortable bed and a practical mini-fridge. A truly evocative and elegant touch was the LED fireplace which, although not real, creates a warm, intimate, and incredibly cozy atmosphere after a day spent in the Dolomites. ​A heartfelt thank you to the Zanoner family for making our vacation unforgettable. Truly excellent hotel! Family-run property *very clean, well-kept, and welcoming*, with tidy and spacious rooms. The staff was kind, helpful, and always attentive to the guests' needs. A special note of merit goes to the *kitchen, simply exceptional*: *gourmet* dishes, refined and presented with great care, prepared with quality ingredients and capable of surprising with taste and originality. Every dinner was a true gastronomic experience. A pleasant and relaxing stay, which I highly recommend to those looking for *cleanliness, elegance, excellent hospitality, and high-level cuisine*. My first time at this hotel and I can say that I had a really good experience. The receptionist and the entire staff were truly kind, friendly, and very helpful with any assistance. I fully recommend it, especially because it is located in the center and close to every type of service.
