Our reservation was made over the phone, and we agreed on the price without any details. We trusted the manager, but upon our arrival, we realized that the room did not have air conditioning. We went downstairs and pointed this out to the manager, who told us that a room with air conditioning would cost an additional €10. We accepted the extra cost, especially because aside from the heat, the hotel is located on a very busy and noisy street, making it impossible to keep the windows open. The beds were uncomfortable, and the cleanliness left much to be desired.
