We loved Hotel Stetteneck’s warm, welcoming, and professional hospitality. The staff is excellent and highly accommodating. They arranged for a guided hike and our guide, Aaron, was informative and friendly. The meals in this hotel are excellent. The pool and sauna/steam area is impressive. If we return to Ortisei, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Great value. Spotless hotel, clearly well-maintained and impeccably appointed.

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location to public transport. We spent 4 nights here which we will remember forever. Thank you. Ortisei is a dream come true

Our stay at this hotel in Ortisei was definitely the highlight of our 3-week trip in Europe. Excellent location by the pedestrian square and within walking distance to the main attractions. Exceedingly thoughtful service and warm hospitality. They provided all the helpful info before our arrival. Spacious room with stunning view of the mountains and meadows. Each breakfast and dinner was a super delicious feast. Staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and warm. We felt like being honored as extended family. Highly recommend.
