There is no outdoor pool at this hotel and the outdoor whirlpool is adults only. Other than that, perfection! Amazing location, wonderful staff and service, fabulous breakfast, good vibes! We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites - was spacious with 2 balconies. Turndown service was great and left us little treats every night. Excellent location to walk into Ortisei. Spa is incredible and use of all the facilities is included with your stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Gardena Grodnerhof in July 2026. It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely town, with very comfortable and well appointed rooms, and all the amenities one would expect of a 5 star hotel. But what really set this hotel apart for us was the amazing service. The staff really went above and beyond, helping us with our difficult dietary restrictions (kosher diet), preparing the menu for us in advance, bringing in ingredients not readily available, and making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This level of service is really special. So we wanted to say thank you to all the staff, and especially Walter, Filomena, and all the kitchen staff who helped make our stay so special.

Very nice hotel with incredible service. Great location within easy walk to lifts, shops and restaurants. We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments and it was incredibly spacious.
