Hotel Pontives

We stayed at the Hotel Pontives for 12 days in the month of August. It was a magnificent experience in an enchanting place like the Val Gardena and its Dolomites. The Hotel Pontives is a very welcoming and characteristic property. The owners are very kind and always available people. Silvia at the front desk: she, a former city dweller from the plains 😁, with innate empathy and always attentive to ensuring everything runs smoothly and that guests receive the right attention and are comfortable for a pleasant stay; Egon, the king of the kitchen 🧑‍🍳, available and ready to listen to the individual guest's requests and masterfully transform them into delicacies of traditional local cuisine... and then there's Renato 💪, the historic pillar of the hotel, a man with long-standing experience, still with so much desire to work in the dining room, at the bar, in the garden, as a tireless supervisor. A beautiful family capable of making you spend very pleasant moments of relaxation after long hikes. And it doesn't end here... we have Martina, head server, always ready and attentive to the table and with a marked kindness and presence that is never invasive... and the housekeeping girls attentive to impeccable daily cleaning. We spent 12 truly magnificent days! Heartfelt thanks and see you soon. PS: I almost forgot... there is always an important presence at the reception, her name is Viola, she is a 13-year-old Golden, she wants cuddles and if she barks... well... open the door for her,... she wants to take a 4-step walk around the house to greet the mountains 😘 Marco, Enrica, and Shifu 🐾

It was a fantastic experience at Pontives. Exceptional staff, sunny, magnificent people. We were practically family. Amer, with his minibus, was always super helpful, he took us everywhere in the village from the Hotel. The owners take care of the hotel to perfection and are very attentive to the needs of customers. The girls in the room super prepared and hardworking. Very good food and quality.
