Residence Gran Tubla

We recently spent 4 unforgettable nights at Gran Tubla in Ortisei, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish.The highlight of our stay was the magnificent mountain view from our private balcony—truly stunning to wake up to every single day. Our room was spotless and incredibly clean, featuring a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The service here is top-notch. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A wonderful extra bonus was the free coffee and fresh bread provided every morning, which made our starts so much easier and more enjoyable. On top of everything, the secure parking gave us total peace of mind during our trip.This was a completely faultless stay. We cannot recommend Gran Tubla enough and give it a well-deserved 10/10!

I booked in February for 4 days in December (December 10-13). They requested a 30% deposit (€310.00) to confirm the reservation. Today, September 8, 2026, with a full 3 months' notice, I requested a cancellation for health reasons, hoping for a refund of the deposit, and instead, the deposit IS NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY HOTEL, that is the answer... they will probably have a new booking in 1 hour... no comment!! I could have even produced a medical certificate as proof, but they didn't even let me speak...
