Alpen Suite Hotel

Absolutely positive experience, large, well-maintained rooms. All services are up to 5-star standards. Positivity also added by the entire staff, in particular by the dining room manager and the legendary Barbara at the reception.

We decided to escape the sultry heat of Romagna and treat ourselves to a weekend in the mountains: the choice fell on the Alpen Suite Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio, and we could not have made a better choice. From the moment we arrived, we could feel an atmosphere of great care: Jacopo, at the reception, assigned us a wonderful and spacious room and immediately made himself available to recommend the most beautiful trekking itineraries and book restaurants for dinner for us. Thanks to him, the first evening we had dinner at the Il Convivio restaurant, where we tasted delicious typical mountain dishes — the apple dessert in particular was unforgettable. The next morning we were greeted by a dream breakfast, with a very wide selection for all tastes. And to reach the town, the hotel's shuttle service proved to be very convenient, saving us from worrying about parking. But the best moment of the stay came in the afternoon, between a relaxing sauna at the spa and a few laps in the pool, before collapsing into very soft beds for a perfect night's sleep. A weekend we will do again. Thank you very much, Alpen Suite!

I stayed at the Alpen Suites Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio with my family, Luca, our little 7-year-old Chiara, and of course with our little dog Silvio 🐾❤️ and we can only compliment the entire establishment! From the moment we arrived, we found truly exceptional hospitality and welcome. Special attention was also reserved for our Silvio, welcomed and pampered with great availability: for those traveling with their four-legged friend, feeling so welcome really makes the difference. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, with even a double cleaning every day, an attention that we appreciated very much. The dining is also excellent: abundant, varied, and delicious breakfasts and a truly excellent restaurant. Everything is very well-maintained and of high quality. But the real added value is the people: very kind and always smiling staff, a very sweet, attentive, and helpful head waitress, and a truly exceptional manager, present and always available for every need. A special thanks also to Jacopo for his kindness and availability! We felt welcomed and pampered, truly like at home. It was a beautiful stay for the whole family, Silvio included! 🐶💖 Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff. We will definitely return in the winter season! ❄️🏔️ Elisa, Luca, Chiara and Silvio 🐾💖
