Carlo Magno Zeledria

Excellent resort in Campo Carlo Magno near Madonna di Campiglio. Beautiful property, perhaps slightly in need of modernization but it makes a great impression, very beautiful rooms (our mountain view suite was beautiful), impeccable cleaning service. A slight confusion during dinner in the service for the children's off-menu dishes but otherwise I would say a good level of service. Excellent dishes but still improvable. With some small adjustments it could become a major point of reference for us in the area.

A 4-star superior hotel that is a bit dated. We stayed in a very large and clean suite, although some details were missing. Unfortunately, the biggest flaw is that the room is not soundproof, so we had a lot of noise from the room above until 2:00 AM and from the kids' club below during the day until 10:00 PM. As for the restaurant, the dinner served was very good and thanks to the maître d', the service was efficient. For breakfast, the products were good but the service in the dining room needs to be reviewed. Overall, it is not worth the amount spent.

As per tradition, we returned to the Carlo Magno Hotel SPA Resort. Worth noting is the excellent treatment received from the maitre d' Davide and his staff, truly courteous, attentive and prompt.
