The private shuttle service to/from the center of Madonna di Campiglio was expressly indicated as included in our reservation, with the relative availability times communicated via e-mail. However, after our arrival, we were informed that the service would not be provided. Only following our repeated protests was a shuttle made available for just one day and in very limited time slots. The hotel is located in an isolated position, along the road and far from the center and the main services. For this reason, especially during periods of high tourist influx when reaching the center, the starting points for excursions, and finding parking is particularly difficult, the shuttle represents an ESSENTIAL service and not an accessory. We recommend, before booking, to expressly verify that the shuttle service is actually guaranteed for the entire duration of the stay.

We were 4 couples of friends, with a small Maltese. Hotel staff very kind and prepared, fantastic rooms, covered garage, very beautiful spa and rich and tasty breakfast. Highly recommended, we will return

We stayed for a rejuvenating night at this property. Absolutely recommended, friendly staff. Very, very good property, spotlessly clean. Worth returning to. Highly recommended
