Hotel Primo

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel with two friends, and we had a very good experience. The rooms had an excellent quality-price ratio: clean, comfortable, and suitable for our needs. The real strong point, however, was the staff: everyone was extremely sociable, helpful, and always kind to us throughout our stay. An impeccable service that made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a very positive experience. Staff rated 10/10 — I definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff, food, rooms all in the top three best hotels ever!!!

We stayed one night at the Hotel Primo and, overall, the experience was positive. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was consistent with the services offered. Since the arrival, however, we found a small mix-up with the parking: online it was available, but in reality the nearest was about 5 minutes walk and paid (8 €), while the free alternative was even further away. That said, the guy at reception was very courteous, allowing us to leave our bags at the hotel, and on our return he made us find a bottle of fresh water, a simple gesture but really appreciated. The room was up to expectations, well stocked and in line with the price. The real strength of the hotel is the location, a few steps from Lake Garda and the center of Riva: convenient for visiting the area on foot. Also included in the price is the breakfast of the following morning: not particularly rich, but discreet and sufficient to start the day well. The only other aspect that can be improved: the inflexible check-in and check-out times (at 15:30 and 10:00 respectively), which leave little margin, especially for short stays. Overall, a good choice for those looking for comfort, courtesy and a strategic location, with some details to optimize.
