We recently visited this hotel and everything was fabulous. We were celebrating our anniversary and asked for room with view and we certainly got one from the 5th floor overlooking the lake. We also had complimentary fizz and towels in the shape of a swan with rose petals on bed. A very thoughtful touch. Spotlessly clean, great service from all staff friendly, helpful and very polite. The food was delicious and plentiful. The outside pool warm and gardens beautiful with flowers everywhere. Hotel owner personally welcomed us. Near to lake. Entertainment every evening stopping at 10.30 so as not to disturb those who wanted reasonably early night. We were with Newmarket holidays and together with the tours we had it was one of the best holidays ever. Thank you to all 5 stars. To note there is some building work going on around the area but by next season I would imagine it will be finished. It didn’t disturb us too much but may have been a little more troublesome if we were at the hotel all day.

Everything perfect as always. I have been frequenting the hotel since 2013, it is one of the best. Spacious and clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff, beautiful and well-heated pools. The cuisine is exceptional.

Very beautiful and well-kept property, you can perceive a management that puts a lot of passion into taking care of it. The staff was all very kind and attentive, and, which was very appreciated, always smiling. We enjoyed the heated pools, the possibility of having an aperitif at a reduced price, and the cuisine. Excellent breakfast. We will definitely return.
