Superb luxury hotel in Riva del Garda. Very nice old building, huge beautiful garden, 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym. Rooms are large & fresh. Breakfast with huge selection, but omelets could be better. Little cold water in the pools. Service friendly & professional. Very nice bar outside with live piano. 2 different restaurants. I think it was better before with alacarte menu in the gourmet restaurant. We love coming here every year, but the prices now are a bit to high.

8 nights stay at this top 5 star hotel. We were greeted by a beautiful lady, Claudia, on arrival, who showed us around, and throughout our stay, she was amazing helping us to whatever we needed. Location is around 10min to main area and 5 minutes to the beach area. The hotel room was the biggest. I've ever stayed in a very comfortable bed with nice seating and bathroom areas. The bar and breakfast area are mountain views absolutely stunning. Onela staff member, she was amazing and looked after us at breakfast. The spa area is great, very quiet the facilities are top! The only issue we have is a lot of people leaving their belongings on the sun beds and disappearing for hours. we found this very selfish, and I would recommend extra sun beds or ask customers not to reserve beds. Would I come back 100% to all staff members? Thank you for a memorable stay.

This is an absolutely exceptional hotel in all ways possible!! Location, rooms, customer service, ambiance, cleanliness, everything was absolutely stellar! The food at the restaurant is phenomenonal....fresh, local ingredients, amazing presentation. If you're thinking of staying here, don't think...JUST GO!!!! Thank you to the entire staff at Lido Palace for making our stay with you so memorable and pleasurable!!!
