We stayed from June 29 to July 4. Excellent apartment, spotless, fully equipped, very comfortable, with plenty of storage space that helps keep things organized, and high-quality bedding and towels. Air conditioning with an extra charge works perfectly. Parking is also at an additional cost. Unbeatable location just meters from the waiting lake and beach, and very close to the center, which can be reached on foot. The area is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. I highlight the kindness of the staff and Sara, the owner. I would return without hesitation to spend more days.

Rented for 4 nights and immediately had a positive impression. Staff called before arrival to make sure they would be there on our arrival. Sara and Mara - incredibly friendly and welcoming! The location was just perfect! Situated between a street with shops, resturant, grociery store, and a 1 minute walk to the green areas by the beach. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Also there were some complementary food items when we arrived which was very appreciated! There were bikes that we borrowed free of charge at the sister hotel (about 500 metres away). This was a very nice treat since Riva is made for bicycling. The only thing lacking in the apartment was electrical outlets in the master bedroom. Had to take out the lamp to be able to charge the phone. Overall, Villa Phoenix is a great place to stay in beautiful Riva and we will definetely come back and stay. The staff was great!

We had our holiday here with kids (teens). The location is very convenient to the lake and one of the beaches. During summers, there's could be activity there; beach lounge, live music, etc... This was no problem for us but it could be too much if you are looking for a very quiet night rest. Very helpful staff and good accommodation. Good bicycles where included.
