Hotel Auren

It is a property that meets all the parameters required for its category, to which it adds excellent cuisine and a courtesy and ability to welcome guests that are above average. A special compliment to the lady at the reception and the waiter in the dining room who has a smile for everyone. Furthermore, it is located in a very convenient position, very close to the 450 bus stop which passes every 15 minutes and leads to the two ends of the Ahrntal valley, Brunico and Casere. In short, test (if it is legitimate to speak of a test) passed!!

Terrible mattresses full of dust, dirty carpet.

The hotel presents itself as promised: a simple and authentic but functional hotel, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location within the valley is good and you can access the bus service for free, the stop for which is right next door; thanks to this service we visited many neighboring places with my 5-year-old daughter. The catering is varied and genuine with evening menus that are always different. The staff is really very kind and helpful. A special mention to Zin who was lovely and worked hard for the guests morning and evening, as well as Mrs. Rita at the reception and the staff who put a lot of heart into every moment of the day. Some improvements - as advice and not as a complaint - can be made to the cleaning staff, to reach a standard of excellence even in the context of a 3-star hotel, such as greater attention to replacing soaps and cleaning the corners of the bathroom. Only negative note (not influential for the purposes of a good vacation) the bathrooms are a little dated but for the price-quality ratio and if you don't have luxury expectations everything is optimal. I will definitely return. Sara
