HOTEL LATEMAR

Title: Disappointing stay: rudeness, unacceptable service, and poor hygiene I only save the dining room staff (the waiters), who tried in every way to patch things up despite the total lack of cooperation between the owner/cook and the front desk. For the rest, the experience was shameful, marked by the rudeness of the management both towards our group and the few other guests present. Here are some of the surreal episodes we witnessed: No flexibility for children: A simple plate of plain pasta for a child of only 2 years old was refused, saying that he had to "adapt to the fixed menu." "Take it or leave it" attitude: Asking to avoid the roast beef to avoid wasting food and to serve only the vegetables, the response was a rigid "no, take it or leave it," effectively leaving us without dinner. Wrong orders and arrogant responses: Upon requesting a specific dessert, another one that was completely different was brought. Upon our pointing this out, the response was: "It's similar, it's brown... take it or leave it." Ridiculous vegetarian dish: I had requested the vegetarian dish on the menu, but I was told it was "too late" and only one portion was left. The dish consisted of a single egg with just one stalk of asparagus. Insufficient cleanliness and hygiene: The staircases leading to the rooms were visibly dirty and full of animal hair. An experience not to be repeated. I strongly advise against this establishment.

We spent a truly wonderful week of vacation. The staff is kind and very helpful. Very good food, excellent breakfast, having it on the terrace with a mountain view is priceless. After the hikes we relaxed in the pool, we will all remember it with affection, excellent treatment for our little dog Zoe, a special thanks to Alessandra, Giulia and the very talented cook. We hope to return as soon as possible. Stefania Simone and Zoe.

We just returned to Emilia and the thought of being in air conditioning, instead of spending an evening in the company of guests and hotel staff, makes us sad. It feels like being at home. Great location for any attraction. Cuisine, hospitality, and cleanliness at the top! The guys in the restaurant are nice and on the ball. I thank Alessandra, the receptionist, who is always present among the customers, kind in everything and at any moment. The welcome for four-legged friends is impeccable. An infinite thank you for the wonderful weekend. VALENTINA, OLAF, AND FAMILY
