Excellent hotel, well-maintained and with attention to detail, with welcoming, courteous staff who were helpful throughout our stay. The room with a terrace, truly spacious, comfortable, and clean, has a large bathroom well-stocked with a courtesy kit, numerous towels, bathrobes for the spa, etc. We also appreciated the buffet breakfast and dinner, especially the Tyrolean evening with traditional dishes. We didn't miss out, after our walks (one of which was offered by the hotel with a guide, and we didn't take advantage of the bicycle one because we are walkers), on relaxing in the spa pool, the steam room, or the sauna. Absolutely satisfied, we are thinking of returning, also because the excellent location for various excursions means we don't have to move the car much.

The hotel is in a strategic location for exploring the Ahrntal Valley and is close to two bus stops, so you can forget about using your car for the entire stay. It is a well-served hotel, but what makes the difference are the people who welcome, treat (Fatmira's massages are fabulous) and take care of you (thanks to Romolo and Haran who always made me feel good and found me brilliant solutions for eating very well). For those who want to find a comfortable, quiet, nature-immersed, very clean and very professional hotel, come here for a whole week. It is truly pleasant and I am very happy to have returned to enjoy the colors of September. Suitable for everyone.

First, let's start with the positive things: beautiful, spacious rooms, decent spa, very kind staff, free e-bikes, and especially the guide (thanks Manuel!) who organizes nice walking or biking excursions and other activities almost every day. Negative points: the cuisine is not up to par, 3-star level and not 4S, banal dishes and poor selection (2 first courses, 2 second courses, and 1 dessert), as well as the breakfast (never saw the famous South Tyrolean cakes) with the only exception (very welcome) of the coffee served at the table from the bar. Cost of drinks (water and wine) is high. Owner never seen around to advise and entertain the guests.
