For several years a reference point for us. Winter family weekend this time: Me and my son fishing in the lake and the wife with the little dog relaxing. Structure as always spotless. Staff courteous, smiling, prepared and always available for every request. The food, all local and of the highest quality. The "pampering" with very simple booking through a link they send from WhatsApp is something sublime!!! Local products ranging from speck to black bread, alpine yogurt, desserts, juices, all strictly from the area! Every morning was a feast of delicious stuff!!! The hotel is the ideal base both for those who want to do absolutely nothing and relax, and for those who want to practice any type of sport in the area. Over the years we have met cyclists, skiers etc., and of course spinning and fly fishermen like us, who with a permit purchased at the reception, can indulge between the upper Sarca and Lake Nembia! The environment of the Garnì is familiar, well-kept and always warm and welcoming. Coming back tired after activities and maybe enjoying the wellness area, is really a pleasure! A final parenthesis dedicated to fishing enthusiasts like us: do not think that the trout of Nembia are those of paid sports ponds. They know how to read, write and count! Thin threads yes, but not below 0.14 (and already you risk), because the smallest makes two kilos and the danger is to lose them and leave the bait in his mouth. Don't think you're gonna catch 50 trout. In Nembia, if you are not a local, a day with six, seven catches is to be considered epic! For the activity of the fish are preferable the months between the coldest and hottest, better if in the middle of the week, so you avoid curious tourists, who approach the water (which is crystal clear!), make you escape the trout. Attention to the rules: no silicones, no anchors, no hooks with ardillon and no pasturing. Fly is granted two hooks. Spinning a single hook for each artificial. Fishing rangers often pass (fortunately) and sometimes even Forest CCs. I recommend, treat those fish well: silicone towel, get wet and wash your hands well in the water if you really want to take a picture and after reoxygenating the prey, enjoy its return to the water, which will be visible all the way to the center of the lake (they are the most beautiful videos!). Be respectful of the place which is wonderful and really deserves to be protected!

The place is enchanted, the Garnì really wonderful. The owners very kind and always ready to meet our every request. The breakfast really wonderful with local and homemade products. Highly recommended.
