We had a wonderful time at this hotel, excellent and refined cuisine, truly the best. Relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service. Very comfortable hotel, I recommend it!

I highly recommend this property. Beautiful and very central location. Truly kind staff. Clean room. Excellent food.

Our family suite seemed to be quite recently redecorated and was spacious and pleasant. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel was very, very tired and dated. The hotel is clean but the decor is old and fusty and in dire need of updating. The pool is very small with virtually no natural light or fresh air - we found this very disappointing. The spa is ok....again with no/very limited natural light. The breakfast buffet is adequate, however the room it is served in has virtually no natural light and I found slightly depressing. The staff at breakfast are attentive and pleasant as were the reception staff. San Martino di Castrozza is a beautiful town, the views from the hotel are incredible end there are good outdoor activities in easy reach.
