The property is very nice but the room cleaning service was very disappointing, we were 2 adults, my 12-year-old daughter, and a small dog and we had a room for 2 (my daughter was sleeping on a cot attached to our bed), wonderful pool and spa, exceptional dining room maitre d' as well as the staff members Daniele and Federica!

First experience in the mountains, and this hotel met all our expectations..actually it exceeded them. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent dining. We ate different dishes every day and for the children there was extra attention in serving them first.. common areas clean and tidy, top-notch pool! We would return! 2 families with kids!

Everything was beautiful and a bit cool, which we were missing; excellent staff, welcoming place, also made some friends, good for pets.
