Hotel Cima Rosetta Wellness & Spa

I request a quote for 4 rooms for 8 people, I receive an email directly from Mr. Luca of Hotel Cima Rosetta on Wednesday 09/23/26. The next day, Thursday 09/24/26 at 12:40 PM, I call the hotel directly and speak with Mr. Luca, to whom I confirm the booking of the 4 rooms and I ask for the IBAN to be able to send the 30% deposit. At 1:10 PM I am contacted again by the same person who informs me that unfortunately the rooms are no longer available because they were booked the night before late in the evening through booking and that if I wanted, only the suites were available at a much higher price. He defended himself by saying that the quote includes the wording "the availability of the proposed rooms is contextual to the moment of the proposal and can decrease quickly". But then I ask myself, why do you provide quotes at hotels? Usually, those who work seriously have a certain number of rooms with booking and a portion that "the hotel keeps for itself". I wonder, what kind of organization do they have? We have stayed in other hotels as well, but the moment I asked for a quote, I was told on the other end that they would block the possibility of booking those same rooms even through booking or other portals. THIS IS THE BEHAVIOR I EXPECT FROM A SERIOUS ESTABLISHMENT AND ABOVE ALL FROM A 4-STAR HOTEL. So the advice I give is: be careful, you risk having a weekend you've dreamed of for a long time to celebrate your anniversary ruined.

We had lunch during the week at this restaurant. Simple menu, portions not quantitatively excessive, but still recommended for quality and the location of the establishment in the city center. Dining outside on the veranda is recommended. Normal prices.

We spent a week on vacation with a couple of friends. The property is beautiful with an exceptional spa, cleanliness, and rooms always top-notch. At the reception, they were always available, so the value for money is very positive....well, the only flaw is the restaurant and breakfast. Let me explain better: my friend and I are lactose intolerant (information we had communicated at the time of booking) and they had told us that if we did not have serious allergy problems, the problem would not exist. In short, at breakfast there was nothing except Mister Day muffins; we talked about it with the maître d' who replied that we should have bought what we wanted ourselves and they would have kept it in the fridge for us (which we did!!! ) In the evening at the restaurant, the waiters, almost all foreigners, were completely incompetent. Several times they brought us dishes that contained lactose.....fortunately, not trusting them, I asked to speak with the maître d'.......The maître d' was a person with little empathy. For the Tyrolean evening, they did not show any consideration for us, even though the previous evening we had explicitly asked to be able to have at least a little dessert, given that during the week we intolerant ones didn't even see a shadow of a cookie because everything contained lactose. In the property, there were a total of 3 of us who were intolerant, so they could have pampered us a little. So if you have intolerances, I absolutely do not recommend it!!!! Too bad!!!!!
